Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not send through BlueSend.
Last updated: Draft — pending review
Draft — not legal advice. This document is a placeholder pending review by counsel and is not yet binding. It will be finalized before BlueSend launches commercially.
1.Permission-based sending only (link to this section)
You may only email recipients who have a genuine relationship with the sending domain or who have opted in. Purchased, scraped, rented or otherwise non-consented lists are prohibited.
2.Prohibited content (link to this section)
No unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content; no malware or phishing; no content that infringes others’ rights; and nothing prohibited by Amazon SES’s policies, since SES is our delivery provider.
3.Honoring opt-outs (link to this section)
Marketing messages must include a working unsubscribe. BlueSend adds one-click List-Unsubscribe headers and maintains suppression lists; you must not attempt to send to suppressed or unsubscribed recipients.
4.Deliverability & abuse (link to this section)
We monitor bounce and complaint rates. Sending that generates excessive bounces or complaints, or that threatens the reputation of the platform or other tenants, may be throttled or suspended.
5.Enforcement (link to this section)
We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate sending or accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to the relevant authorities or providers.
