Questions, answered

Why don't the prices show numbers yet?
BlueSend is finalizing its pricing. The tiers and what's in them are real; the dollar figures are intentionally shown as TBD until they're set. Start on the free/Starter tier today and you'll be told well before anything is billed.
How is usage measured?
Primarily by the volume of email you send, plus the number of verified sending domains and seats on your team. Exact thresholds per tier will be published alongside pricing.
Do you store my recipients' contact details?
No. BlueSend is not a CRM and keeps no marketing contact database. Recipient addresses are used to send and then recorded in a per-send audit log — there's no audience table to export or leak.
Can each client send from their own domain?
Yes — that's the point. Every tenant verifies their own domain and BlueSend configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC for it via Amazon SES, with per-tenant reputation isolation.
What happens when I hit a plan limit?
Sends that would exceed a hard limit are rejected with a clear error rather than billed by surprise. You can upgrade at any time, and Enterprise limits are set with you.
Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?
Starter and Pro are month-to-month with no lock-in. Enterprise agreements are custom. Final terms ship with pricing.
