1.Who we are (link to this section)
BlueSend is a multi-tenant email-sending platform operated by Real Blue Software LLC. This policy explains what data we process when you use BlueSend and when we send email on your behalf.
2.Data we process (link to this section)
Account data: the names, email addresses and organization details of the people who sign in to BlueSend.
Sending data: the content you submit to be sent (subjects, bodies, templates, variables and attachments) and the recipient addresses for each send.
Delivery metadata: per-send records of recipients, status, timestamps and any bounces or complaints, retained in an audit log.
3.No marketing contact database (link to this section)
BlueSend is not a CRM. We do not build or retain a standing marketing list of your recipients. Recipient addresses are used to deliver the message you requested and are then recorded only in the per-send audit log for deliverability, compliance and troubleshooting.
4.Subprocessors (link to this section)
Email is delivered via Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES). Infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and our forthcoming Data Processing Addendum.
5.Retention (link to this section)
Audit-log and delivery metadata are retained for a defined period to support compliance and deliverability, after which they are purged. Specific retention windows will be documented here on finalization.
6.Your rights (link to this section)
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data. Requests can be made via our contact page and will be handled per applicable law (including GDPR and CASL where relevant).
